But when the next move feels personal – when it shapes identity, direction, or the next decade – it suddenly feels heavier.
Why? Because you’re trying to decide without fully trusting yourself.
I help you see what’s underneath the hesitation so you can choose without wondering if there’s something better you’re missing.
They struggle because they’ve outgrown the structure they built. But their identity is still attached to enduring it. And when identity and evolution collide, decisions feel heavier than they should.
I’ve lived that pattern more than once. Now I help leaders and founders shorten the gap between knowing and deciding so they can make intentional shifts without collapsing their identity or burning everything down.
You’re not stuck. You’re not failing. You have simply evolved.
And I help you see what’s running underneath. Because once the pattern is visible, the decision becomes obvious.
It worked. Until it didn’t. The first defining moment wasn’t quitting medicine. It was realising I didn’t know how to quit.
I knew I didn’t want that life, but I couldn’t bring myself to walk away. So I chose what felt possible.
I got pregnant so I could take a year of maternity leave and “think clearly.” Deep down, I already knew I wasn’t coming back. That moment showed me how deeply programmed I was to endure – to succeed, to be responsible – to the point that I couldn’t choose an exit unless it was socially approved.
Again, it worked. Until it didn’t. After my third child was born in 2022, something shifted. I didn’t want to operate at that pace anymore. I wanted something leaner. More deliberate. More present. But knowing and deciding are not the same thing. So I stayed. Through 2023 and into 2024. Trying to justify it. Trying to be sure. Until the friction showed up everywhere — in the team, in revenue, at home. I was repeating the same pattern: Waiting for pressure to force my hand instead of choosing cleanly. Early 2025, I stepped aside as CEO and became a non-executive director. I still own the company. I just don’t run it.

And it’s not because they’re stuck, but because the decision becomes personal. My work exists to shorten the gap between knowing and deciding. You’ve built something real. Now lead it without second-guessing.
High-level leadership isn’t about working harder. It’s about having a structure that keeps you steady when the stakes rise. The Weekly Protocol builds the internal capacity to carry better without carrying it alone in your head. If you’re building something that matters, start with the structure that can hold it.
